Officer (Marketing) (Grade A)
MBA/PGDBA in Marketing Management with min. 60% (General/EWS/OBC-NCL) or 55% (SC/ST/PwBD)
Law Officer (Grade A)
Graduation + LLB or 5-year Integrated LLB with min. 60% (General/EWS/OBC-NCL) or 55% (SC/ST/PwBD); recognized by Bar Council of India
Assistant Quality Control Officer (Grade A0)
Master’s Degree in Chemistry (or allied) with min. 60% (General/EWS/OBC-NCL) or 55% (SC/ST/PwBD)
Diploma Engineer (Grade E0)
3-year Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical/Safety Engineering with min. 65% (General/EWS/OBC-NCL) or 55% (SC/ST/PwBD)
Candidates must be able to produce their final degree/marksheet by 30th September 2026. Qualifications acquired through part-time/correspondence/distance/online mode are not eligible.
Age relaxation is applicable for OBC(NCL), SC/ST, and PwBD candidates as per Government of India norms.
Work Experience
Law Officer: Minimum 2 years of post-qualification professional experience (litigation, arbitration, drafting/vetting legal documents, etc.) as on 30.06.2026.
Assistant Quality Control Officer: Minimum 2 years of cumulative post-qualification experience in Testing/R&D/Quality Control in Petroleum/Petrochemical/Polymer/Fertilizer laboratories or NABL-accredited laboratories.
No work experience is required for Graduate Engineer, Officer (Marketing), and Diploma Engineer posts.

Qualifying Marks: General/EWS/OBC(NCL) – 40% in each section & 45% overall; SC/ST – 35% in each section & 40% overall; PwBD – 25% in each section & 30% overall.
The CBT will be conducted across 83 cities throughout India, including Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai, Kolkata, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Pune, Ahmedabad, Lucknow, Jaipur, Guwahati, and many others. Candidates must select 3 preferred test centres in order of priority; no change will be allowed later.
