Bhel Engineer and Executive Trainee Recruitment 2022:
The BHEL released the notification for the Engineer Trainee and the Executive Trainee for the year 2022. The commencement of the online application will be on the 13th of September,2022 and will close on the 4th of October,2022. The candidates will be applying for a total of 150 vacancies. The Engineer Trainee will be recruited from multiple streams like civil, mechanical, IT, Electrical, chemical or metallurgy. For the executive trainee, the candidates will be from Finance and HR fields.
In this article, we will share information regarding the eligibility criteria for each of these posts and also the method to apply online for the concerned designation. Educational Qualification:
For the Trainee Engineer (Civil, Mechanical, IT, Electrical, Chemical, Metallurgy):
The candidate should have a degree in Engineering/Technology (Bachelor Degree) OR should possess an Integrated five-year master’s degree OR have a two-degree programme in the Engineering or Technology in the field of civil /mechanical/IT/Electrical/Chemical/Metallurgy from an acknowledged college or university.
For the Executive Trainee (Finance):
The candidate should possess a bachelor’s degree from an acknowledged Indian college or university and should also have cleared chartered or cost and work accountant from an acknowledged institution of India.
For the Executive Trainee (HR):
The candidates should possess a full-time bachelor’s degree from an acknowledged Indian University with a minimum of 60% marks in total. Along with this a PG diploma or degree in HR or Personnel Management and Industrial Relations or Social work or MBA with a minimum of 55 % marks in total of all the years.
Age Criteria:
For the Trainee Engineer (Civil, Mechanical, IT, Electrical, Chemical, Metallurgy):
The applicant’s upper age limit in this category is 27 years. The candidate born before the 1st of Sep,1995 are not qualified under the age criteria. Furthermore, the candidates with having PG in Engineering or Business Administration have an upper age limit of 29 years.
For the Executive Trainee (Finance):
The upper age limit is 29 years i.e the candidates born before the 1st of Sep 1993 are not eligible to apply.
For the Executive Trainee ( Human Resource):
The upper age limit is 29 years.
It is important to note that the upper age limit will be in accordance with the 1st of September,2022.
