The Federal Public Service Commission (UPSC) has released Notice of UPSC Engineering Services 2023 Preliminary Review. The application process started today, September 14, 2022. Interested candidates can apply through the Commission’s web portal upsc.gov.in. The exam is intended to fill a total of 327 vacancies in electrical engineering, civil engineering, mechanical engineering, electronics and communications engineering. Registration closes on October 4th at 6pm. Exams according to the published schedule will take place on February 19, 2023. Candidates in General and OBC categories are required to pay a fee of Rs 200 while Female/PmBD/SC/ST candidates are exempt from paying the application fee.
UPSC ESE consists of three exam levels
The first level of the ESE is called the Pre/Level 1 exam. Candidates who qualify for the ESE Preliminary Exam must take the ESE Main Exam. After passing the main exam, the applicant is called for her third and final round, a job interview.

Step 1: Candidate must visit the official UPSC web portal at her upsc.gov.in.
Step 2: Click the Engineering Services Exam 2023 link on the home page.
Step 3: A new page will open with a link to the UPSC ESE application form.
Step 4: Enter your details, upload your documents and pay the fee to begin registering and completing the UPSC ESE form.
Step 5: Submit the UPSC ESE form.
Step 6: Once submitted, download and print a copy of the UPSC ESE form for future reference.
