Salary & Pay Scale Details

• Junior Management Grade Scale-I (JMG/S-I): Basic Pay ₹48,480/- to ₹85,920/-
• Middle Management Grade Scale-II (MMG/S-II): Basic Pay ₹64,820/- to ₹93,960/-
• Middle Management Grade Scale-III (MMG/S-III): Basic Pay ₹85,920/- to ₹1,05,280/-
• Senior Management Grade Scale-IV (SMG/S-IV): Basic Pay ₹1,02,300/- to ₹1,20,940/-
• Additional Benefits: Selected candidates will also be entitled to Dearness Allowance (DA), House Rent Allowance (HRA), City Compensatory Allowance (where applicable), Medical Benefits, Leave Travel Concession (LTC), National Pension System (NPS), Performance-Linked Incentives, and other allowances and perquisites as per Bank of Baroda rules and industry-level bipartite settlement.

Exam Pattern

According to the official Bank of Baroda notification, the online test is tentative and will be conducted only if the Bank decides to hold it. The exam pattern is as follows:

• Exam Mode: Online
• Question Type: Objective Type (MCQs)
• Total Questions: 150
• Total Marks: 225
• Total Duration: 150 Minutes
• Negative Marking: 0.25 mark deducted for each incorrect answer

Subject-wise Distribution

• Reasoning – 25 Questions (25 Marks)
• English Language – 25 Questions (25 Marks)
• Quantitative Aptitude – 25 Questions (25 Marks)
• Professional Knowledge – 75 Questions (150 Marks)

Note: Reasoning, English Language, and Quantitative Aptitude sections are qualifying in nature. Only the marks obtained in the Professional Knowledge section will be considered for the final merit, subject to qualifying the other sections.
