Salary & Pay Scale Details

• Group-3 Various Posts: Pay Scale ₹19,500 to ₹1,03,600/- (Post-wise Level-4 to Level-8)
• Pay Levels: Level-4 – ₹19,500–₹62,000/-, Level-6 – ₹25,300–₹80,500/-, Level-7 – ₹28,700–₹91,300/-, Level-8 – ₹32,800–₹1,03,600/-
• Probation/Stipend: During the probation period, 70% of the minimum pay in the first year, 80% in the second year and 90% in the third year is payable as stipend. After successful completion of probation, regular pay as per the applicable pay scale will begin.
• Additional Benefits: Applicable allowances and government employee benefits as per Madhya Pradesh Government rules.
• Career Growth: Promotion and other service benefits as per the applicable departmental rules.
