Rail Coach Factory (Kapurthala) has invited online applications for engagement of 734 Act Apprentices in Technical Training Centre for trades such as Fitter, Welder (G&E), Machinist, Painter (G), Carpenter, Electrician, AC & Ref. RCF Kapurthala Apprentice Recruitment 2026 Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must fulfil the required eligibility criteria in terms of educational qualification and age limit before applying.

Educational Qualification

• Passed 10th class examination or its equivalent (under 10+2 examination system) with minimum 50% marks in aggregate from a recognized Board.
• Possess National Trade Certificate (NTC) in the notified trade issued by the National Council for Vocational Training (NCVT).

Procedure for CGPA: Multiply CGPA by 9.5 to convert into percentage (Example: CGPA 7.4 × 9.5 = 70.3%).

Age Limit (as on 05.09.2026)

• Candidates should have completed 15 years of age and should not have completed 24 years of age.
• Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST, 03 years for OBC, and 10 years for Persons with Disability.
• Additional relaxation is available for Ex-Servicemen as per rules.
