Salary & Pay Scale Details

• Junior Associate (Customer Support & Sales): ₹24,050/- to ₹64,480/- (Pay Scale)
• Starting Basic Pay: ₹26,730/- including two advance increments admissible to graduates.
• Starting Emoluments: Around ₹46,000/- per month in a metropolitan centre like Mumbai, including applicable DA and other allowances.
• Additional Benefits: Provident Fund, Pension under New Pension Scheme, Medical, Leave-Fare and other facilities as per SBI rules.
• Career Growth: Junior Associates can progress to higher positions through SBI's internal promotion process and applicable service rules

Exam Pattern

• Preliminary Exam: 100 Questions, 100 Marks, 1 Hour
• English Language: 30 Questions – 30 Marks – 20 Minutes
• Numerical Ability: 35 Questions – 35 Marks – 20 Minutes
• Reasoning Ability: 35 Questions – 35 Marks – 20 Minutes
• Negative Marking: 1/4 mark deducted for each wrong answer.

• Main Exam: 190 Questions, 200 Marks, 2 Hours 40 Minutes
• General/Financial Awareness: 50 Questions – 50 Marks – 35 Minutes
• General English: 40 Questions – 40 Marks – 35 Minutes
• Quantitative Aptitude: 50 Questions – 50 Marks – 45 Minutes
• Reasoning Ability & Computer Aptitude: 50 Questions – 60 Marks – 45 Minutes

Final Selection: Only Main Examination marks are considered for the merit list; the Preliminary Exam marks are not added
