What is the Selection Process for BPCL Non-Management Recruitment 2026

Selection will be conducted in three stages as detailed below.

Stage 1 – Computer Based Test (CBT): The CBT will consist of 100 objective-type questions carrying 1 mark each, to be completed in 120 minutes, with no negative marking. The question paper will have two sections — Domain Knowledge (60 marks) and General Aptitude comprising English Language, Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, and General Awareness & Current Affairs (40 marks).

Stage 2 – Skill/Proficiency Test (SPT): Candidates qualifying the CBT as per the cut-off decided by the Corporation will be called for the SPT at the respective refinery locations. The SPT is of a qualifying nature only.

Stage 3 – Pre-Employment Medical Examination: Final appointment will be subject to candidates meeting BPCL’s Medical Fitness norms and standards.
